When is payment due? What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is due two weeks before the wedding. We accept certified cheques, e-transfers, cash, debit, visa and MasterCard. Please note, credit cards have a surcharge of 3% of the total payment.
How much does a wedding at Clinton Hills cost?

How many people can the barn accommodate?
Our Barn at Clinton Hills can accommodate 200 people seated and 250 standing in the Loft. The Stable downstairs can accommodate 100 people seated theater style, 175 people standing, and 100 people banquet style.
Can we bring our own alcohol to Clinton Hills?
Clinton Hills is a licensed venue which means alcoholic beverages can not be brought to our premises. We are fully licensed with two bars located inside the barn.
Can we hire our own bartender?
We provide our own professional friendly Bartenders at Clinton Hills to serve you.
Why do you provide security at Clinton Hills and what if we believe it is unnecessary?
Security is provided for your safety. PEI Liquor laws state that alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. At Clinton Hills we are fortunate to be licensed in our Loft, downstairs Stable, balcony as well as our 4000 sq ft outdoor courtyard. Security ensures that the consumption of alcohol takes place only in the designated areas, which ensures the wedding does not get shut down by the Liquor Commission.
What is included in the Barn rental?
The Barn rental includes the use of the Loft equipped with air conditioning, downstairs Stable, balcony, outdoor courtyard, ceremony in the courtyard, parking, Clinton Hills wedding day coordinator, registry signing table, podium, soundboard, speakers, 60" flat screen TV, outdoor sound system, table set up and take down, clean up, as well as our 50 acres of scenic property. What should we know about decorating for our wedding?
The Barn is available at 9am the day of the wedding for decorating. Please check with our day of coordinator for details on Clinton Hills' decorating service. If you use an outside decorator please make arrangements with Clinton Hills' coordinator for decorations pick up times. Clinton hills is not responsible for any damages or loss to any decorations brought in for your wedding.
Is it ok to give out our own wine as parting gifts for our guests?
Due to PEI liquor Laws, alcohol can not be brought on to the premises.
What time does the dance end?
Our last call is between 12:30 am and 12:45 am. Bar and dance will end at 1am, the building must be vacated by 1:30 am.
Do we have to use Clinton Hills Catering services?
Yes, only our in house Chef can be used at Clinton Hills. Our Chef has 15 years experience as an international Chef. He chooses to cook only with the freshest of herbs and food products. We are fortunate he and his wife choose PEI to raise his young family. We trust in his ability to ensure exceptional customer service and delicious meals are served.
Can we bring our own food to Clinton Hills?
Due to regulations by the Department of Health for your safety food must be prepared by our own in-house Chef. For pricing, please refer to our "Wedding Menu" tab.
